Com uma clientela fiel, que já se tornaram em amigos da casa, este estabelecimento é uma marca da cidade dos Bispos. Foi o primeiro espaço criado a nível nacional com motivos decorativos de Arte Sacra e Barroco, no ramo da hotelaria.</span><br /><span style="COLOR: rgb(255,255,255)">O espaço, situado no Campo das Hortas n.º12, em plena zona histórica da cidade, foi inaugurado a 12 de Maio de 2006. O objectivo principal do «Shalom» é divulgar a Arte portuguesa.
